The seller has received letters/notices of a hearing regarding an unsafe property from the Delaware County Building Commissioner. The hearing is scheduled for March 18, 2024. In addition to the demolition of the structures on the property there are issues with the well and septic systems and an empty pool that must be filled in. The well on the neighboring property will need to be removed per the request of the neighbor to the South of the parcel as it is located on her property. A buyer intending to improve the property must obtain a PERC test and soil test to make sure that a new well and septic may be installed.
